This blog is not written for anybody in particular. In fact, if it is to be useful to anybody in particular, it would be to myself; as a progress record I can look back on. Nevertheless, the translations, definitions and phrases that can be found on here along with any other information of interest to translators will be useful for many other internet users out there who chance upon this site via a Google search. I hope that I might save others from the frustration that I have encountered in trying to find the meaning of a particularly figurative word or phrase when translating an article or simply reading in a foreign language.
